6th Grade Literacy with Ms. Meluso
Instructor: Ms. Meluso
Welcome parents and students to my FusionPage!

I am EXTREMELY excited to be joining the Tenafly Middle School Community for the 2015-2016 school year. For the last ten years I have been working as an educator at the middle school level in my hometown of Jersey City, NJ. This year I will be serving as the Title I Reading Specialist for the 6th Grade Literacy classes. This means I will have the fortunate experience to push into the Literacy classrooms of Mrs. Meehan, Ms. Guintini, Ms. Kinoian, and Ms. Trombetta in order to provide additional support to both teachers and students.

I received my Bachelor's Degree from Fordham University in History as well as completed a program in their Graduate School of Education in order to receive certification in Elementary Education. I also received my Master's Degree from New York University with a concentration in Literacy Education. Most recently, I completed a certification program in Special Education through New Jersey City University.

I look forward to collaborating with my wonderful colleagues in order to ensure a wonderful year for all of our incoming students!

If you ever have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me at cmeluso@tenafly.k12.nj.us
